NATO commander issues message to Putin: 'We're stronger than ever'

A British commanding officer whose troops are helping bolster Europe’s defences against Russian aggression has declared NATO f eels "stronger than ever." Lieutenant Colonel Mark Luson, on exercise at Estonia’s Tapa military base with the Royal Tank Regiment, says the 1,250-strong troops exercise demonstrated the health of the alliance.
