The blood pooled in the snowbank, seeping into the thick sheet of ice below. On this corner, at 34th Street and Portland Avenue in Minneapolis, this was a reminder, visual and visceral, of Renee Good’s death by gunshots fired in daylight, for all to see, by ICE agent Jonathan Ross.
