17 countries from around the world will work together to protect critical underwater infrastructures such as pipelines and cables. Singapore Defence Minister Chan Chun Sing says such systems are key for connectivity, economic growth and way of life. It is the first such inter-regional security framework that addresses undersea security challenges. Sabrina Ng reports from the Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore.
