The Thunder moves keep on rolling. On Friday, Oklahoma City traded sharpshooting wing Isaiah Joe to the Detroit Pistons for a second-round pick, according to ESPN. The deal is very similar to the Thunder trade that sent Aaron Wiggins to the Hawks in exchange for two second-round picks.
