Australian opposition leader Sussan Ley spoke to people mourning the victims of the Bondi Beach terror attack in Sydney. People continue to lay flowers in memory of the victims, many of whom were attending a Hanukkah celebration at the beach. Police say the surviving alleged Bondi Beach gunman has been charged.
