SINGAPORE: The National Parks Board (NParks) is investigating a case of suspected animal cruelty after the death of a community cat in Punggol. The cat was found injured in a car park near Block 326B Sumang Walk. Animal welfare group Luni Singapore described the case as "one of the most brutal" it had encountered.
